Selling over 250 million albums during the span of her extraordinary two-decade career and after celebrating her 47th birthday in August, she proved she’s a real action girl. She took a tumble off a horse breaking her collar bone, hand and cracking three ribs in the process, but has jumped straight back on again. Long may she reign.
