Madonna is the celebrity mum who best manages to combine work and motherhood, according to a new survey.
A massive 36 percent of parents picked the queen of pop, while Kate Moss came bottom of the survey, with just 1.1 percent of the vote.
Jules Oliver was second best with mega-boobed Jordan a surprisingly close third.
Kerry Katona was voted second worst overall.
Over 3,000 working parents were interviewed online by Living TV to find out the UK’s attitude towards maternity leave, childcare issues and new parent prejudices in the work place.
The study found 44 per cent of women have received a negative reaction from employers when needing time off.
Over 65 per cent of new mums feel that childcare costs today are overwhelmingly expensive and unaffordable, with only seven per cent experiencing subsidised crA
Material Girl, indeed ! In order to commit to a tour this summer – a 12 week production that could earn her up to $150 million – Madonna has some specific demands, says a source close to the singer. On her wish list : a private jet for her family and entourage (including her kabbalah teachers, a personal chef and a masseuse). Plus she’ll tour only from June through August, during her kids’ school break. “Madonna has been driving concert promoters crazy,” the source says. Meanwhile, the singer’s longstanding feud with Mariah Carey continues ! Although both divas are set to appear at the upcoming Brit Awards and the French NRJ Music Awards, “Madonna wants the queen dressing room and her choice of when she will perform in the shows,” says the source. Madonna’s rep did not respond to a message.

Friends are worried that the hardest-working woman in show business is whittling her body down to a stub.
“She looks way too thin,” one insider tells us. “It’s scary. Everyone around her is buzzing that she’s working herself right into exhaustion.”
Even after breaking her collarbone and fracturing three ribs in a horseback-riding accident, the 47-year-old singer has stuck to a strict exercise routine. She’s said to do between two and three hours a day of Ashtanga yoga and Pilates, plus swimming, weight training and cycling.
She says her husband, Guy Ritchie, expects nothing less.
“I wish I were comfortable enough to look zaftig,” Mrs. Ritchie recently told Elle magazine. “But I choose men who like carved-out women, the can-you-run-for-the-bus kind of guy. I’m naturally inclined toward men like that.”
She’s also been rehearsing like a dervish for the video for “Sorry,” the second single off her hit album “Confessions on a Dance Floor.”
Her tireless publicist, Liz Rosenberg, was in London yesterday for the video shoot.
“I’m about 40 feet away from her,” she told us, “and she looks pretty hot to me.”
Rosenberg acknowledged that some recent paparazzi photos show her client looking less than rested.
“How would you look with 10-hour dance rehearsals?” she added. “Maybe she’s working harder than usual, but that’s what you have to do before a video.”
The mother of two, who last week became the oldest person ever nominated for a best pop act BRIT Award, doesn’t look like she’s about to let up. We hear she’s in talks to do a show-stopping number at next month’s Grammys.
Rosenberg would say only, “I’ve heard rumors to that effect.”

Nine-year-old Lourdes wanted to join other youngsters in a bid to win the role of Luna Lovegood in Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix but Madge refused to let her go along.
The Queen of Pop apparently wants Lourdes to avoid the spotlight until she is older and can make her own decisions about life.
Lourdes, also known as Lola, was apparently left devastated after the banning as she was desperate to star opposite her idols Daniel Radcliffe (Harry) and Emma Watson (Hermione).
In November, avid fan Lourdes attended the Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire premiere with her mum. Madge later revealed her daughter was completely star struck when she bumped into actress Emma Watson in the ladies bathroom.
Before we all take a stab at Madge and think she’s cruel, nine-year-old Lourdes in fact wouldn’t have been applicable to apply anyway, the role was open to 13-16 year olds only.
It is not all bad news for the aspiring actress, stepdad Guy Ritchie has offered her a role in one of his movies, but only when she’s old enough.

Madonna is enjoying unprecedented success for her disco hit Hung Up , as thousands of fans in France have downloaded it.
Madonna’s record label, Warner Music, decided to give the exclusive internet rights to the song to France Telecom, a decision that Madonna won’t regret.
According to Figaro, in two months, France Telecom has logged 500,000 sales of the song and ringtones of the hit record. Even if these sales make up only 8% of the revenue for Warner, the operation is still a huge success.
With a sale price of .99 euros for the song and 2 euros for a ringtone, the record labels and artists are laughing all the way to the bank, as 40% of that price will come straight to them.
