Madonna proves she can still Get Into The Groove by tucking her leg behind her head.
The 47-year-old Queen of Pop appeared on a special edition of MTV’s Pimp My Ride, where presenter Tim Westwood revamped an old white van, which was then used in Madonna’s new single Sorry.
To show her appreciation, mum-of-two Madonna showed exactly how she stayed trim, with some body-bending yoga moves.
But will her kids be saying Mama Don’t Reach?

Pop icon Madonna has hailed London-based Pilates guru James D’Silva as a “genius” after his techniques helped her overcome the injuries she suffered following her horse-riding fall last year.
The superstar had to give up yoga and her usual tough work-out regime after breaking bones and ribs in August – so she turned to D’Silva’s gentle Pilates exercises to speed her recovery.
She says, “I used to be a freak about doing yoga, but I had to do a lot of Pilates to rehabilitate my shoulder joint and get the use of my arm back.
“I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that I stopped doing (yoga) and you shock your body.
“James D’Silva, my Pilates instructor, is a genius.
“Now all of my girlfriends go to him and we’re fighting to have appointments.”

It is not often you can claim that Madonna, queen of pop, has sat in the back of your van but for one south Wales businessman it has come true.
Shaun Woodford, who runs a customised car firm near Pontypridd, was asked to build a luxury van interior for the singer’s latest video.
For £21,000, he transformed the back of “battered white van” into a “70s nightclub on wheels”.
It is featured in Madonna’s video for her new single Sorry.
Mr Woodford said that when the request first came through for the van to be transformed complete with pink neon lights, lilac shag pile carpets and mirror disco balls, he thought it was a joke.
“We weren’t sure what to think at first!” he said.
“And it was only when we got the go ahead, that we knew it was for Madonna’s video.”
Mr Woodford and staff at AB Styling Ltd had just a week to kit out the back of a “beat up old van with dents and bumps and with 200,000 miles on the clock” into a 70s nightclub.
“Everything we needed had to be ordered in and there was a couple of moments where I thought it was going to be touch and go, but we did manage it.”
Mr Woodford delivered the van to the location of the video and spent the week on set.
“I saw Madonna passing loads of times but I didn’t get to speak to her because she was surrounded by make up girls and body guards,” said Mr Woodford.
And although he doesn’t star in the video, Mr Woodford did drive the van in some of the shots.
“It was a brilliant experience and by far the biggest job we’ve ever done – you can’t get bigger than Madonna,” he added.
MTV are screening the makeover of the van in a programme on Sunday called Pimp My Ride, ahead of the single’s release on Monday.

Madonna has admitted she and hubby Guy Ritchie have “clashes”? and “petty fights”? – but she lashed out at rumours of marriage trouble.
The Queen Of Pop has been at the centre of speculation that her friendship with music producer Stuart Price has put a strain on her relationship with Guy.
But the singer and her film director husband put on a united front at the Brit Awards this week.
On Thursday night they arrived for dinner arm in arm at posh London restaurant Cecconi, just down the road from their £10million Mayfair home.
Madonna, dressed in a purple coat and boots, spoke exclusively as she said: “I must admit, I have to pat myself on the back. It’s not easy to be married, to have a successful career, to have children, to be with someone who is as strong-willed and ambitious as I am.
“Guy’s not a househusband and I’m not a typical wife. So you can imagine, we have our clashes.
“But I think we always keep our eye on the ball that is our marriage the union of us, the things that we create together, are bigger than the petty fights we have.”?
The couple plan to go to LA in March with kids Lourdes and Rocco so Madonna can start rehearsing for a world tour.
I told you yesterday that she is planning to kick off a series of dates on May 21 in Los Angeles before heading to Europe and possibly Australia.
Madonna admits she is a workaholic and a bit of a control freak. She says: “I probably work too much. Probably my most annoying habit is that I’m too organised. If someone throws something on the floor or over a chair I have to pick it up and hang it up.”?
Madonna won the Best International Female award at Wednesday night’s Brits and her latest album, Confessions On A Dance Floor, has been a huge hit around the world.
But she admits 2005 was a tough year after she fell off her horse, breaking nine bones, and she feared she would never perform again.
She says: “I didn’t know if I would be able to dance again. When I shot the video for Hung Up none of the bones had gone together. Pharmaceuticals and my will got me through the shoot.
“So to come out of that I felt so much inspiration and so much joy just to have my body back and to feel strong again.”?

Fred, the now world-known choreographer from West Scranton, spent three weeks in London last month teaching the superstar roller disco for her video, “Sorry.”?
Fred, 42, also appears in “Sorry,”? which was released this week. He’s the skater in the red shirt with “Sparks”? on the front who pulls Madonna through his legs.
Madonna’s “everything you’d expect a superstar to be,”? Fred said. “She’s very nice. She works very, very hard.”? He said the 47-year-old diva is in “unbelieveable shape.”?
Fred says he has his Scranton dance teacher, Gail Ercoli, to thank for it all.
It all goes back to his going after and getting a role in “Starlight Express,”? back in the 1990s.
“Everyone said don’t do it, you don’t need to learn to skate,”? Fred said, adding that Gail was the exception.
A choreographer with roller-skating skills is a hot commodity, it seems. For instance, when Madonna decided she wanted to add roller disco to her video, Fred says, “They found me.”?
Skating with Madonna was, he said, “an amazing experience”? that became even more amazing on the day of the shoot.
“I was not supposed to be in the video. I was the choreographer. But Madonna decided she wanted to use a move she and I had practiced but she really hadn’t tried with anyone else,”? Fred said. “They grabbed me and put me in a costume so fast and I was in the video.”?
Fred, who now knows Madonna “and all her people,”? has been tapped to be in a number on her summer tour, which is “incredibly exciting.”?
This month, Fred’s in Los Angeles, where he’s choreographing “a big episode for “~Malcolm in the Middle’ and working with Ann-Margret,”? who is preparing for some shows.
The son of Fred and Catherine Tallaksen and brother of Mary and Cathy says his favorite memory of London came “at the very end, when it was all over, Madonna hugged and kissed me. It was really, really special.”?

Madonna looked every inch the fashionata when she stepped out recently.
She looked sophisticated in head to toe black and worked the chic winter look to perfection.
She wore a sophisticated D&G coat worth £1,600 clinched in at the waist with a belt. She accessorised with a £720 black ‘Muse’ bag from Yves Saint Laurent.
The classic tote is one of the hottest pieces of arm candy this season. She finished her look with knee high stiletto boots by luxury shoe label Jimmy Choo.
The 47 year old style icon is constantly experimenting with her style and evolving her look. Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld described her in a recent interview with Grazia magazine as a ‘living legend’.
I really like her. I created a costume for her last tour. Madonna has a gift. But it’s through her drive and personality. She has the spirit of Marlene Dietrich- a living legend.”
