Madonna's son David waves to pals as she takes him and daughter Lourdes to his old orphanage and announces she wants to look after all the kids there.
The Queen of Pop returned to the Home of Hope so the 18-month-old could see his biological dad in Mchinji, Malawi.
But she told the 1,500 children there: "I might take over the orphanage because the pastor here is getting old and about to retire. I love you and I have all your welfare at heart.
"I will do my very best to support you all and take care of you in the same way as David."
She added: "If Malawians will work hand in hand with me, I will help Malawi."
The star then asked the kids, who were dressed in the best uniforms, to sing and they performed a hymn.
The home was set up in 1998 by the Rev Tompson Chipeta, a retired Presbyterian minister who was brought up as an orphan.
Madonna, 48, and David spent half an hour in a classroom with the tot's dad Yohane, 32.
Orphanage worker Chimbutus, 19, said: "David grabbed his father's hair and just laughed and laughed.
"Madonna told Yohane that she was proud to be a mother to his son and that Yohane was part of the family.There were tears in both their eyes."
