The "Madonna Effect" has seen fashions at Europe's second-biggest clothes retailer fly off the shelves.
Trade at Hennes & Mauritz surged by 29% in March as designs by the pop icon lured shoppers to its stores in London and Berlin.
The Madonna range, including silk dresses for £35 and a black corset belt for £17.50, went on sale only last month.
The Stockholm-based high-fashion budget store saw its shares rise to a record on the news of its boost in trade.
Revenue from outlets open for at least a year went up overall by some 17%.
The company has boosted earnings by hiring celebrity designers such as Karl Lagerfeld and Stella McCartney and opening stores in Hong Kong and the US.
Warmer weather in Europe also helped increase demand after snow hurt sales in March last year.
H&M and Madonna had already collaborated on a track suit in 2006.
"The Madonna collection was clearly significant,'' said Henrik Schultz, an analyst at Danske Equities in Copenhagen.
The retailer also hired pop princess Kylie Minogue to model its range of beachwear last month.
H&M designed a line under the name 'H&M Loves Kylie',' which contains 15 styles and will be in all stores by mid-May.
The company opened its first Collection of Style store on London's Regent Street last month as it expanded its line to add more expensive items.
