A human rights group plans a legal challenge to Madonna's adoption of a Malawian boy.
It claims the pop star's custody of 18-month-old David Banda is illegal.
Leader Justin Dzonzi said he would tell the country's high court no laws exist in Malawi permitting international adoptions.
Madonna and her husband Guy Ritchie were granted an interim order last October letting them take custody of David for 18 to 24 months.
Critics said Madonna used her wealth to side-step the southern African country's adoption laws.
The toddler's father Yohane Banda said: "He is happy and healthy. I wish they would leave my son alone."

oh lets just all get over this...no wonder famous peoples children go insane! the media treats them like hell & harrasses them almose none stop. let madonna & guy raise their children in peace...have some respect. i understand that madonna is the queen of music & knows that getting a lot of media attention comes with the territory but give her a break! xoxo we love u madonna

Madonna saved this boys life and is going to give him a future that he would never have if he lives in Malawi! the kid was so sick when Madonna found him that he would be probably dead by now if she didn't appeared. what's the problem with this human rights? what they're doing is is not even human, it is trying to take away this child future and happiness. I simply can't understand this, why are they doing this to Madonna? she always proved that she is a great mother. everyone with eyes on the face can see that!
