The comment about her appearance in the one photo from NYC last week are stupid. People fail to realise that she flew half way across the world, keeping her busy schedule, attended to business, exercise and being with friends and flew back to London three days later. ANYONE would look tired.....

no, were various photos. when a person is in a state of exaustion, like she looked like on that pictures, is unhealthy, if you don't know that is not my problem.
I just gave my opinion. she looked so tired that I'm worried about that. she is pushing to hard, we just have to look at her arms to see that. there are too many mucles for a lady. if I said she looked unhealthy is because I don't find another words to say what is on my mind in english. i'm sorry if I was missunderstood!
there was more than one bad shot and that was what worried me. I just don't know another words to describe what i felt when i saw that pictures, so I used the word unhealthy. probably was not well choosen, but is the way I can express myself in english. I have a life, i come here normally less than once a week. the ones who should get a life are the ones o come here everyday just to say in every picture "madonna I love you". I just came here because I was worried with her, I don't spend my life here everyday showing my love to the queen. I'm sorry if i ofended anyone, is not my intention, everyone does whatever wants to.

Personally. i think madonna has lost weight but she is under a lot of pressure. film making, live earth gym everyday for 3 hours. flying to UK to US. its just normal the way she looks tired. but shes still amazing no matter what...anyone heard much about guy...i never see them together much :(
She is beautiful. She always has been beautiful and no matter what she will always be the Queen. BTW, nice pixs I love the sunglasses. There is a store here in Hollywood that selling the H&M sunglasses for $75. :) and by the way, isn't Guy working on a film? Anyway, I can't wait to hear the music at Live Earth and the new album.
There have been pictures of her and Guy going out to dinner in London. I guess Guy doesn't go to the gym as much as he does so that's why he's not in the gym pictures.

Ok but it's HER life. It's nobody else's business but HERS. Can you imagine being under so much scrutiny? What I find amazing and totally impressive is her ability to live her life and keep her cool every freakin day she's walking to/out of the gym. Kudos Madonna!

That quote is taken from an article that explained how while M was in NYC last week her hair colorist flew in from LA to give her highlights for Live Earth. The article goes on to quote him about flying to meet with her in cities around the world during her 2004 tour. Ummmm… not exactly climate-friendly.
I for one would prefer for her to stay home from the concert, not sing, and question her extravagant lifestyle.
So your solution to global warming is everyone should live in a mud hut with no air conditioning and have dark roots all the time.
I don't think that's fair. I don't really think we as individuals can really affect change by living in poverty. I think the government should act and make change on a global scale.
Do you really not want any artist to ever do a concert tour ever again? They all need planes to fly their equipment and staff just like Madonna does. I wouldn't want to live in a world where there are no music tours, as you seem to suggest.
Madonna by doing this concert is raising awareness. Too bad when someone tries to do good, someone tears them down.

Think before you speak, Glinda. You don’t have to give up a “nice apartment,†but you do have to power it with renewable energy and shun oil and coal. You don’t have to give up “nice clothes,†but newsflash: nobody needs $10K eyelashes like rich-bitch Madonna wore on the Confessions tour.
That's fine for you. But not everyone wants to have thrift store clothes. And some people like me happen to live where there is no easily avaiable public transportation to and from their workplace. And even if everyone did, the global warming problem would not go away, it is bigger than that, based on government policy.
If you want to live that way, that is your choice. But what gives you the right to tell me and Madonna we must live like you do? Your way of living is just not practical for most ordinary people, and even less practical for a global superstar like Madonna. Madonna is helping the environment in her own way. I think your fascist mentality is far worse than global warming.
