Duran Duran bassist John Taylor has accused Madonna of copying their ideas by installing Justin Timberlake and Timbaland as producers on her new album, ‘Hard Candy’.
It’s the same partnership that worked on Duran Duran’s 2007 album ‘Red Carpet Massacre’, which entered the UK charts at number 44.
Taylor said that he wasn’t surprised to see Madonna employ both artists but claimed it was their idea.
“It wouldn’t be the first time Madonna’s copied us. She’s been doing it for years,” he told the Daily Star.

I don’t know in which context he said this, but if Madonna was really copying Duran Duran why didn’t they press charges. Probably because they can’t prove it. So Mr. Taylor, shut up and get on with your life.
Duran Duran? Who are they, LOL!!! Only one thing comes to mind, jealousy!!! They haven’t had a hit for years. Just because they worked with JT doesn’t make him exclusive to them. Madonna will always rule; the charts and her extensive, successful career have proven that, so Duran Duran need to stop crying about the oblivious state that they’re currently in.
