Pharrell Williams admitted he reduced Madonna to a sobbing wreck while working on her recent album 'Hard Candy'.
The producer said he made the icon cry like a baby during recording sessions for the record.
"I totally made her cry like. Like a baby. I had to get her a towel," he told Shortlist. "We were alone recording the album and she kept talking a lot of rubbish, so I shouted a lot of rubbish and she started crying her eyes out."
The N.E.R.D man admitted he had been quite nasty to Madonna, but said he had no plans to make their scrap public until the singer spoke about it herself.
"I just said some really nasty stuff, I guess. And yeah, she cried for a really long time actually," he said. "To be honest I can't believe she told someone about it. The whole situation was quite intense. It's totally weird to make Madonna sob, but even stranger when she tells everyone, 'Pharrell made me cry'.

I love Madonna, She is so human and not a fake one as most of other celebrity.
I don't know why she cry a lot from just a shouted on her.
I guess The N.E.R.D man + Pharrell Williams was Hurting her by bad fucking talk ..... and If Pharrel was near 2 me I can let him cry like a baby..
But I guess the story is giving a big picture 2 imagine more than what happened, I guess Madonna was stressed and having lot of daily problems then Pharrell was yelling for the same reason But Madonna express all that by crying ( As an Angel will Do ) and of course Pharrell said sorry about his Mistake !!!! and without that Madonna couldn't continue her work with people that she can not handle and find her self with them _ She always says that _ so it's really a story about who Madonna is a sensitive person, because at my first time reading this story…….. The most important question is why did Pharrell deem it necessary to treat Madonna like crap?? She chose him to collaborate with her - you'd think he would've viewed it as a great musical opportunity. Sounds like a case of inflated ego who couldn't share the spotlight.
look, i love madonna as much as the next person but sometimes people need to be chopped down to size. pharrell treated her like a human being not the superstar she is and maybe madge couldn't deal with that with being an anal perfectionist and all... get over if people. everyone gets upset once in a while... they made a great record and that's all that counts!!!

Everybody sometimes cries or make someone else cry. Don't make it a bigger deal than it is!!
I guess my only problem with how Pharrell handled it (in the press) was that he didn't seem to feel bad about it at all. At least when Madonna told the story to Nightline, she ended on a positive note, saying that she thought it was good that it happened, because it made them understand each other better and they made really good music together because of it. Pharrell just seemed to brag about it. "Oh, I made Madonna cry like a baby"... Jerk. he hasn't had a hit in some time and he should be thankful that Madonna used him on her album, but nooooooo... I think Maddy should stick to releasing the stuff that she did with Justin and Timbaland.
