Chris shows his true colors here. He just has to have a go at her for having a facelift. You can see how horrified the interviewer is. She thinks he disgusting. The interviewer also thinks he's insane when he says the only way he can have a relationship with Madonna is if she leaves Guy.
I can't believe some Madonna fans are supporting this lowlife character.
You can see the people on GMA thinks he's really horrible. Some people who aren't Madonna fans who saw this all said to me he is a scumbag. Why so many Madonna fans support this guy is beyond me.

ive been madonna fan for nearly 25yrs now, i remember seeing chris in her "lucky star" video, then he staged her concerts, produced "truth or dare/in bed with madonna" then he became head of costumes now he is selling his own sister out after everything she has done for him put him on the map helped his own career with his business with design..i will not defend him & i defintly WONT BE READING HIS BOOK TO...he is out of order for doing this to his own flesh & blood, he is being selfish by saying he can have a relationship with M again if she left guy.."nice so he wants his sister to be a single mom?? selfish f*cker.x

When I first read parts of the book, I though maybe he's right, maybe Madonna is a selfish bitch. But after seeing him in this interview and on another show on tv, I have totally changed my mind. Chris is in no position to criticize anyone else for being nasty because he is a really unpleasant person. He should clean up his own act before criticizing Madonna, Guy Ritchie or anyone else.

Wow - such a negative and bitter person. At first I thought there was perhaps a partial truth and validity to what Christopher had to say but after watching his interview I feel even more understanding and admiration for Madonna. His bitterness combined with his continuous money comments make me sick.

What people forget is that Chris was a huge creative influence in Madonna's life. I believe he's being sincere in this book. I don't think he would have written it had he not been truly hurt. I hope they both find real peace and happiness in their lives.

madonna isn't a saint, i think we already knew it. The little i've read of his book doesn't surprise me that much..he hadn't said that evil things.I can understand he's hurt, but i cannot understand why selling your and your sister's lives..that's sad, useless and evil!

Another lame comment by Chris was that he feels Madonna should do more for her than pay for her medical bills and $500 a month. He wants Madonna to hire her a driver - etc. etc. What is Chris doing to help her? What is their father, who owns a successful wine vineyard doing to help her? Just because Madonna has busted her a** and EARNED the millions of dollars that she has it seems everyone expects $omething from her.

sarah: I know many of Madonna's relatives. She's not the only one who "busted her a**" to make a living and be successful. Chris is a successful "painter, an interior designer, a clothing designer, a concert tour director, a music biz manager, and a film maker" (as also stated in an archived article on this very site about Chris). Madonna's grandmother lives in my hometown. I think it's very honorable that Madonna pays for her medical bills and sends her money. I'm sure the rest of the family chips in too. Neither Chris nor Madonna are bad people. Siblings are individuals made up of complex personalities. Just as Madonna has lived out her life on stage as a sort of enlightenment and catharsis, quite possibly Chris is writing this book for the same reason.

I agree with Sarah. In my family, all the brothers and sisters contribute to help the elderly parent or grandparent, not just the sibling who happens to have the most money. Yes, Madonna is super rich but Chris does't look that poor to me. He has nice clothes on. So I think he could pay something too.
Chris needs to learn that his sister is not a bank or financial institution, she is a person with feelings who needs to know she is loved for who she is not just her money.
I also find it hysterical that the people like shardy who complain and complain about what an awful bitch Madonna supposedly is are the first people to say something nasty about anyone who defends her. They are the ones who need to look in the mirror before calling Madonna a bitch.

Yes, I always question what I hear and read. The more people say Madonna is awful and a bitch, the more I don't believe it. I never trust the public perception of celebrities and I always look beyond the surface.
I once met a celebrity who had a super nice image and they were the nastiest rudest person I have ever met in my life. That showed me you can't believe a thing you hear or read.

I bought Christopher's book on Amazon the other day. I am awaiting it's delivery and i really want to return it or burn it once I get my hands on it!

both seem to have their own path of destruction and redemption

however, in the case of M's brother, that path seems to have led

It is so sad that so many of you sycophants will defend Madonna no matter what. You remind me of those that voted for George Bush, not once, but twice, just because you always have to be right. I have always liked her music but have always known that she is a phony-baloney, self-serving hypocrite. She could not possibly have become who she is without help from others, yet she does not value or pay what that help is worth. I have read the book and I must say. I was really disappointment. It makes him look so bad in so many ways. So what is she is self-centred you would be to if you had grabbing hands grabbing from you everyday. However regarding Christopher he just sound like a drug addict, having one in the family it is so easy to spot the attitude towards the drugs and how he constantly talks in the book about it. We all know people in high power position have access to everything and anything. We all are aware that we can buy and do anything when you are super star. I find it distasteful and let’s face it. It is only his point of view. (She said he Said) There are always 3 sides to the story. His/hers and the true. He sounds like he is a spoiled little child that wants everything his sister gets. Not to mention the jealousy of him not to exist in the spotlight. What was his motive for this book? His sister did not want to give some money for a condo or something like that. So he got his revenge by writhing a book about it. Nevertheless. I have found the book a good entertaining read like a trash magazine but longer. Christopher, if I was you I would just accept the fact that you are not your sister and never will be. You should love her for what she is and if you can then leave her along and go separate ways. Oh I forgot you got use to be pamper by everyone. The envy and the spotlight that you have for your sister is reflecting on your own ego. We all like gossip and good entertainment, but leave the private life to her. How would you like if someone wrote a book about you and most everything in it was over the top or not even true. Ooops I forgot you probably would like being in the spotlight. Just like you said in your book being on the front page of a trash magazine made you feel important. It is kind of sad that coming from someone that have study Kabbalah that being on a trash Magazine would make you feel important.
