A cameraman is reportedly demanding £1million for ownership of video footage he claims he owns, which features Madonna and baseball player Alex Rodriguez having sex.
According to the Daily Star the unnamed cameraman is claiming that the footage was shot in an apartment allegedly used by the pair for what the newspaper calls "afternoon trysts".
Madonna's lawyers said that they were "aware" of the claims but refused to comment further.
Madonna and her husband, Guy Ritchie, have publicly denied that their marriage is in trouble after rumours that their relationship was on the rocks began circulating.

As a huge fan of Madonna's, I never thought I'd see the day when her controlled world would spin out of orbit. I don't know what to make of the sex tape rumor. I find it hard to believe that Madonna would sacrifice her privacy, her role as mother of 3 beautiful children, her children's privacy and her devout Kabbalah beliefs for a romp with A-Rod. I hope the rumors are just that - rumors.
