Madonna, OMG, you are 50.

You have said again and again that you never read newspapers or magazines, even though you are always in newspapers and magazines, so this is in some way wasted space and energy.

Then again, she needn’t be present for us to talk about her. This has always been the key element to how Madonna has spent half her life, deliberately deaf in the center of the buzz. Madonna turning 50 is not about Madonna. As ever, it’s about the rest of us, who are always caught watching Madonna do whatever it is Madonna currently does, even if when whatever Madonna is doing is nothing more than growing old.

   People are making such a big deal about a number- the ggod thing is that M goes on and on and evolves – unlike the majority of others. Her upcoming Tour is going to be fantastic – as they always are. I can’t wait!

   Madonna,we need your support and comment about situation of Georgia and Russia.This is an international conflict already!!!You have so many people in Georgia who need your thoughts about this subject. Ofcourse,we know that you not politic,but you strong person with clear brain and person to who will listen “biggest” of this world.

   that’s an interesting end quote from M

   i recall, M once did an interview while she was promoting
   her Erotica album, when the interviewer asked M what did
   M think she would be doing when she would turn 50

   M simply said in a somewhat sarcastic tone..
   “I won’t be up on stage dancing around…i don’t think”

   glad to know that M has changed her mind,
   and continues (even at 50) to dance around on stage

   i just read up on some official details
   of how the upcoming Sticky & Sweet tour
   is going to be

   i must say, i was a bit disappointed,
   but i am hoping it will be a great new live
   experience from M

   however, i am VERY MUCH looking forward to the day,
   when M goes on tour, and simply sits down, and lets us
   all just simply see her sing the great songs, and play the
   great beats & rhythms M is so great at producing

   perhaps M will do that form of live concert
   when M turns…60?

   time will tell…
