Wow, I appologize for that being a long message. And a double message. But, I do want to add another thing.
Just because someone is strong. Doesn’t mean they aren’t hurting on the inside. They just don’t want people to see their vulnerable side. Madonna doesn’t seem to be one who wants to play the role of a weak damsel in distress.
Sadly, that’s one thing people love or hate about her. As was mentioned in one of the news articles here.
There are those people and media members who want to see a superstar breakdown. If they don’t get that…they won’t be as sympathetic. In a way that type of attitude is really shallow.
Divorce hurts a lot whether one wants to reveal their true inner feelings or not.
The interesting thing about those hateful messages. Not just here but on other message forums. It just reveals a lot about the true character and nature of those posters. Lots of mean-spirited and jealous people. Very sad.
Hey, I know you have a right to post whatever you want. But, it just reveals more about yourself than anything else. Oh well.
I do really agree with Anya though.
You really should just leave Madonna alone if you have nothing good to say. Otherwises, all you do is make yourself look like a condescending, highly judgemental and nasty person.
There’s stars in both entertainment and sports that I dislike. Not to mention a lot of politicians that I hate. If I continually spent time posting messages about them it would end up being a huge waste of time. I prefer spending my time on people that I actually like.
But, then again even with sports. There are those idiots that spend more energy and time “caring” about teams that they hate rather than the ones they love. Sometimes, to the point that they want a hated team to lose more than they want their favourite team to win. Truly a weird obssession some sports fans have.
Guess, this can happen though when you are a superstar legend. Some people just are so jealous of such success. Any moment they get they want to put someone down. I’m glad that Madonna isn’t some weak pushover.
Some people tend to like the “yes-man” or “yes-woman” type of person. I really don’t. I often feel like that is a fake politeness.
You know that brown-nosing and obsequious type of person. On the exterior they seem nice. But, often they are only like to gain favour.
I like strong people that can stand up against others no matter how many times they are put down or persecuted. I mean this for almost anyone. Not just Madonna. Whom, I do love and greatly respect.
Also, if you are too “nice” you are more easily used and taken advantage of. Especially, in a tough business like entertainment.
I think celebrities have to be extra careful about being taken advantage of. Because, unfortunately so much of their life is under a huge microscope.
It’s also really one sad thing about the internet. People just can’t wait to spew hatred on message boards or forums because for the most part they are anonymous. Ironically, either they are cowardly and would never act that way in public. Or that’s the way they really are.
Please..let Madonna alone..she’s the queen but she’s also a WOMAN and a PERSON like all of us..she needs to be surrounded by good persons in these moments..no more insults!!!!!
