FOR THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE CLAIMED MADONNA IS CUTTING DOWN HER TOUR AND NOT DOING THE SAME SHOW ,AND WHO ALSO CLAIMED SHE IS TOURING AUSTRALIA…. NEED TO CHECK THE FACTS B4 MAKING COMENTS … ONE THE TOUR IS THE SAME JUST HITTING MARKETS IT MISSED IN 2008 , TWO MADONNA WAS NOT GOING TO TOUR AUASTRALIA OR JAPAN AS THE DOLLAR HAS NOT IMPROVED …. SO TO THE PEOPLE WHO CLAIM THIS AND THAT BOUT THE TOUR GET YA FACTS RIGHT
SO JUST TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE UNDERSTANDS
1) TOUR WILL BE THE SAME NOT SCALED DOWN
2) MADONNA WILL NOT BE TOURING AUSTRALIA
3) ONLY REASON SHE IS TOURING EUROPE IS BECAUSE SHE CAN HIT SO MANY DIFF COUNTRIES WITH MINIMAL TRAVEL
im sorry that people are falling for this so called “i work for live nation or Madonna ” and are believing that the tour is going to kick off again , the tour is finished , Madonna will not play London again as they had the tour … they may have had only 1 show but this was a stadium show.. done for the simple purpose that in last tour she done 6 or 7 shows their to 16,000 fans per show , this time she played one show too 70,000 plus fans same amount of people but just one show, less cost involved , and she didn’t come to Australia or japan due the the Aussie dollar falling , she had all the dates booked in Australia then the dollar fell and the promoters pulled out due to the increased cost to bring her here , Madonna has never gone on the road a second time with same tour and never cut it down either ….. u should never believe anything anyone says until there is official announcements made by her or her touring company

Yes, the only reason for scaling down the show is so ticket prices will be a bit cheaper for Australian and Japanese fans i believe, as the Australian dollar is quiet low and Japan is the middle of recession. That’s why the January 2009 dates were cancelled for Oz and Japan.
yes that is why the shows where canceled originally , her tour was booked and tickets where 2 weeks away from going on sale and the dollar fell which sent her asking fee sky high and they felt Aussies would not pay the outrageous ticket costs . so instead of giving Aussie fans the choice they chose for them .i can see once again that the tour will not come to Australia. even with Australia getting one tour after another over the past 2 years and pink currently selling out 45 shows across 8 arenas . im sure Madonna could reduce her fee and come to Australia , as the fans have given her so much like make her rich and what she is and maybe she should give something back to her fans that have supported her for 25 years and not to mention Australia gave her .. her first no#1 single and supported her during the whole sex book ordeal when she toured with “the girlie show”when America didn’t want anything to do with her , but i guess that amounts to nothing , MADONNA AUSTRALIA WANTS TO SEE U AGAIN B4 U NEED A DEFIBRILLATOR AND AN OXYGEN TANK ON STAGE :)

hi if u work for live nation , what is the go with the Australian dates . as only Europe dates have come ….. or is Australia going to suffer a third disappointment with Madonna not coming .i guess that Europe economy collapsing and Australia in good economic state and pink selling out 45 concerts here, doesn’t amount to much

Hi, my name is Carlos and i work for Madonna’s tour crew, i drive the 18 wheeler trucks with the stage, props, wardrobe etc and i have been contracted to do so again mid year in Europe, Japan and Australia. Madonna will be touring these countries this year with her S&S Tour. The tour will have a few new costumes and a revised setlist (less songs from Hard Candy). Contracts are currently being signed in Europe for London, Milan and Belgrade shows. Tour Dates for the European leg will be announced next month, Japan and Australian dates will follow at a later date…

if the song Spanish Lessons is left off the new set list,
i think that would be great
but all the rest of the Hard Candy songs from the first
set list should remain…at least i feel they should stay on
ditto.
Spanish Lesson is the only song that will be replaced for now, the song will be replaced by either Open Your Heart or Dress You Up, That is all i know, more songs from Hard Candy may be dropped in the future but at this point it is only Spanish Lesson.
Less HC songs, great! Can’t wait to see her again.

Hmm–it’s not quite local. It’s 55 blocks south–around 2.75 miles. It would be a 10 – 20 minute, as long as there were no traffic around the Lincoln Tunnel. It’s very chic in that it belongs to Graydon Carter, editor of Vanity Fair.
Seinfeld’s wife, Jessica, was with them too.

Hi, i am not sure about the DVD it may be released in March in the US still as Madonna is not touring the US, Canada, Mexico or South America this year, she is only touring different European cities to last year except arena shows in London, Paris and Berlin. Also Madonna is touring Japan and Australia this year.
Hi Again, just to let you know the tour will run through summer this year and will feature less production, props etc to make it cheaper to take on the road, i think this is so it can travel to Australia and Japan, because of the low australian dollar and the recession in Japan. There will be no pimp car, dj boombox, gypsy wagon or moving screens.
