M’s face is just way too lifted and her cheeks too prominent which makes her face look too sunken. Her face was much rounder in the 90’s – her face is starting to be unrecognizable.
i like how madonna looks. i don’t give a hoot whether or not she’s had a facelift yada yada…she’s madonna. she’s going to do what she wants to do anyway. besides, it’s her music and art that keeps me interested. much else is irrelevant.

Well I know a lot of people who are at her age, their face is the same (older) but not longer.
Look at her pics from 2000 or soo. Look at Swept away or The next best thing, her face was much rounder then now.
She had a facelift there and she looks …I won’t say it.

I dont recall seeing Madonna with a round face.it was probably when she was in her 20s and was “fat”!!!
from a fitness point of view,when you lose fat,you lose fat from everywhere.and naturally your face will lose fat too.so your cheeks will look bigger.
considering the fact that M has a very low %bodyfat(around %7 i guess) its not unusual that her cheeks look bigger,her face looks longer or her hands are…the way they r!! it is soo hard to main such low %BF for a man and extremely harder for a woman,so i gotta give her the props for maintaining this great bod for so many years! she’s a success!
