According to Daily Mail, she is now dating him :
Madonna could barely hide the smile from her face when out in New York last night with yet another new man.
The singer had been looking haggard of late, the visible toll of her recent divorce from film director Guy Ritchie. But the 50-year-old’s new man looks to have put a spring in her step, as the pair emerged from New York’s exclusive Waverly Inn restaurant after dinner.
The man, whose name has not been revealed, appeared to be much younger than the mother-of-three, who appears to have a pechant for toyboys.

The only look from Madonna which I didn’t like was that gold covered tooth and piercing from 1993. For the rest I like / loved all her looks even those in which she had no make up on, wearing track suits leaving the gym.
