Madonna’s phenomenally successful ‘Sticky & Sweet Tour’, already the #1 Biggest Grossing Tour in history for a solo artist, will embark on another series of shows beginning July 4th in London. (Schedule follows this release). Stops will include appearances in never before played markets such as Werchter Belgium, Marseille France, Hamburg Germany, Oslo Norway, Helsinki Finland, Tallinn Estonia, Ljubljana Slovenia as well as stops in Romania, Hungary, Serbia and Bulgaria it was confirmed today by Live Nation. Additional appearances by Madonna will include return visits after more than 15 years to Madrid, Gothenburg and Munich.

In 2008, the ‘Sticky & Sweet Tour was seen by 2,350,285 fans in 58 cities. With record breaking ticket sales everywhere, including 650,000 tickets sold in her series of South American dates, 72,000 tickets at Zurich’s Dubendorf Airfield – the largest audience ever assembled for a show in Switzerland, 75,000 tickets in London and four sell outs in New York’s Madison Square Garden (60,364 tickets).

175 quid for a ticket in manchester (with a booking fee on top) is disgraceful when we r in the credit crunch.im a huge madge fan but the price is shocking especially as its the same tour as last year! its a weeks wage to alot of people. and the cheaper seats lets face it the views not too hot. sorry to be negative as do love u madonna!! but it will be the dvd this time!

i think all the shows will be pretty much sold out, each 50.000 tickets.
and ljubljana will be sold out, half of the croatia will be there.

organisation of Budva show was such a dissaster, true! but whoever came on time, just because of M, had a great time!
we had a great time, weird experience, even in taxi while driving back to budva almost 2hrs after the show!

if it doesn’t happen: we’ll travel somewhere else, like we always do!
i read somewhere that the belgrade show will not be organise by the people who did her show in budva – so, we hope for the best! the most talk about venue for the belgrade show is usce, open air in novi beograd (new belgrade) with a lot of parking space and wide boulevards..
