Madonna has won her residency battle with Guy Ritchie and will move their two sons to America, according to a new report.
Rocco, eight, and three-year-old adopted tot David will join sister Lourdes, 12, in New York.
Madonna is understood to have been given temporary permission to remove the two boys from Britain – with the move expected to be made permanent shortly.
A source close to the negotiations told a newspaper: “Everything is going to be resolved in the next couple of weeks.
“Everything is going well. It’s pretty amicable at the moment. Things are progressing.”
Madonna’s spokeswoman refused to comment on her post-divorce plans.

According to news reports, Guy has purchased a home in NYC to be closer to the children. It’s really none of your business how much Guy received in the settlement- that was Madonna’s choice. Madonna tried for many years to keep her family together. She was really struggling since 2005. It was Guy´s responsiblity too and i dont know why people blame Madonna for the divorce. She sacrifised alot for this man but he clearly didnt appreciate her enough and failed to see what Madonna was giving in their marriage.
Its a sad situation for both sides.

Rocco was born at Cedars in L.A. How sad in a way that the boys will bounce between homes while Lourdes will miss them and most likely miss Guy R, too. I love Madonna but it’s sad for her 3 gorgeous children that their family is broken.

Being together for the sake of the children will only make everyone miserable, including the children.

I think she tried very hard to keep the family together, they both did in fairness. Remember Madonna changed a lot when she married Guy. She all of a sudden became a married woman instead of the material girl – shocking people. She gave up a lot of people for that man, including her brother, he gay friends and her partying ways. I think there was nothing else they can do – sometimes its best you just split than living a make believe life.

from the looks of the hospital though,
one would NEVER guess that someone like M would choose
to have her first born in that hospital, due to the fact that it

she is already live in usa.she will keep her home in london.and guy bought a home in nyc too.she always lived in two places.if they are fine ok
