Uh, oh….Grandma doesn’t want lil Mercy to leave Malawi, nor do some other people. I don’t mind Madonna adopting, but why doesn’t she make it easier on herself by adopting an orphan that it “truly” orphaned. In other words, no grandma, uncles, dad, etc…to cause a ruckus or claim that you are stealing their kid. I’m sure their are kids who have no living relative there.
I don’t think she chose neither Mercy nor David specifically; I just think it’s kind of like falling in love you; really don’t know who it will be; I just kind of happens

i don’t think madonna looks YOUNG, per se, but i do think she looks like a very well preserved middle aged woman. she DOES look beautiful, and beauty doesn’t depend on a person’s age. madonna is beautiful inside and out.
Hi guys, how could you say that she looks young and sexy?! She looks like all the others fifty years old women who does not accept the sings of the time on their face. I hate her for that terrible surgery…I don’t even recognize her! She was sooo beautiful and she would have been an amazing old woman. Not now. Not this way. It’s too silly and she could choose to be better than this.

My mother have not done any surgery or anything, but I must say my mother looks like Madonna at the second pictures, very much in fact, but that’s no bad thing, cause I think my mother is beautiful.
Just the word hate alone says that you are in serious trouble…please come to realize that hatred is an ugly horrible burden to carry. I am a 43 year old male…who will hopefully live for many years to come. I have been blessed to not have the burden of hate inside of me. Some people will have everything from success to wealth and power but they will have the burden of hate inside of them their whole life. I may not always agree with someone elses ideas, or their way of thinking or doing…but to hate them , simply doesnt register in my head. I am blessed beyond imagination for this. Please find it in your heart to reflect upon the word hate…even when it pertains to someone elses choice to change or not change their looks. If Madonna chose to have surgery as you have said, why not find acceptance inside of you for her rather than hate…You will find yourself a lot less troubled by anothers actions. And since when do adoptive parents take their kids to “visit” their biological parents on a “regular” basis if at all. I’m all for him going to Malawi to see the difficulties others have so that he doesn’t grow up to be a spoiled celebrity kid. But face it Madonna is his only family now.

NO OTHER adoptive parent is treated like this and it’s bullshit that madonna is. david is now MADONNA’S SON, and as long as she isn’t abusing him (which she obviously isn’t), she doesn’t owe anyone an explanation. she is free to do as she wishes, like any other adoptive parent. and i will say, it was very generous of madonna to allow david’s biological father a visit with him. she didn’t NEED to do that. she did it out of the kindness of her heart. goddamn!

Why not it’s a woman who saw an orphan in need; felt an instant connection and decided to give him a better life. Sounds like a “regular adoption” to me.
Her name and status has little to do with this act; she’s still and human being filled with love; people with money aren’t the only ones that adopt; but people who are troubled by these or any needy children’s living conditions and truly cares to help.

But however people are still so shallow that all they see is cheek implants and a woman screwing her bodyguard. FYI I believe that whoever she adopts would be better off with a nanny then in Malawi; and it’s not like she tours and leaves her kids, she takes them with her.

However it is REALLY hard not to notice her plastic surgery-it is no longer subtle. I get it she is in entertainment but she will never be able to get away with the Cher look.
I have enjoyed all her work but something tells me it is time to tone it down and be more mature in her entertainment choices-maybe she should sit on a stool playing the guitar with a flock of kids at her feet!

Yes, ofcourse she is doing something commendable by adopting a child and giving it a better life. But I do hope she can devote more time to all her kids and stop touring and working so much. I love her, but I rather see her put her family first vs career and fame. We don’t need another tour for years now I believe. a new album now and then is cool.

That is so sad any one of those kids would give anything to be in David’s place; I just don’t understand why EVERYONE isn’t supporting her adoption. More people should go and adopt these childern and give them a superior life and a brighter future.
