Thanks for posting this video, is really amazing to remember this words….she´s sooo young there!
Cool!!…I love it
your welcome, its a vid I had never seen before…
Musically Madonna is no longer relevant. Shes become a live event.People dont buy her music anymore or her fake face.
WRONG! globally she sells a TON of records!
according to billboard magazine hard candy sales comes in forth and 4minutes is her 39 number one hit in america…impressive
“Madonna is no longer relevant”
same thing some folks said about
her during Erotica phase back in 1992
after all this time, some things never change
Madonna is (and has been) in the music industry
for the long haul – - deal with it.
Madonna may rise and fall again, but she always gets backup and comes back stronger than ever…with the use of steroids and HGH of course.
does anyone else think Bones might have a point here?….im wonder sometimes about her body.
she’s a muscular body but looks to feminine to be steroid.she works out every single day from 1986.that’s why her veins are pumped.
I do think she takes human growth hormones though…keeps her youthfulish agility and body.
I think ARod gave her a ton of advice about steroids, HGH etc.
I have wonder about that too. Just like Sylvester Stallone and Suzanne Sommers (allegedely) use HGH to stay young. I wouldn’t be surprised. Madonna’s fear of aging is so great that, in my opinion, she would be willing to try anything.
Correction: I meant to say: “I have wondered”
shes an old cunt
your a rude ignorant tiny penis punk!
ewwwwwww tiny penis.
Ho do you know he has a tiny penis??? Just wondering…
yes, I can smell a little willy a mile away!
I love M. I wonder, though, after this tour is over how she is going to transition professionally. I read an article which said point blank that with the death of MJ, she is one of the last, if not the last, SUPER CELEBRITY and yet many of her radio releases fail to garner a lot of attention on Top 40 Radio. She no longer seems interested in groundbreaking videos and I think pop music as a whole is on the decline. Maybe a documentary is in order about the DEATH OF POP MUSIC or a song that I’m about to record….
Madonna has been saying she wants to direct films….but her new contract def demands quite a few more albums.
imagine if she became a better director that Guy!
Well obviously herein lies her problem. I don’t know her personally, but I am an artist. I think she may be tired of it all. In the pictures from the first show of StIcky & Sweet Redux it looks like she’s gained a little weight. I remember her saying in an interview that she’d love to get a little chunkier but that the men she was interested in (i.e GR at the time) were only interested in fit women.
In the press pictures I have seen of her, she appears happiest when with her kids and friends. Maybe she has given us (her fans) all she has to give us. Maybe her catalogue and her legacy in Pop Culture should be enough at this stage. I know if her next album is disappointing, I will probably hang up my Madonna mania. She’s entitled to get off the merry-go-round if she no longer wants to do it.
What I was going to say about her being TRAPPED is that fucking Live Nation Contract. I mean, at the time 100 Million bucks sounded amazing but 10 years is a LONG time and for a woman who, as I said in my initial post, it appears is no longer a radio presence, Touring is going to be their bread and butter. If she has to do a tour every 3 years and there’s no new material to warrant it…. What becomes of our icon? Does she become like a caricature of herself?
I’d love for her to do an accoustic set. Or maybe even a thematic show where he music gets theatricalized. I just would hate to see all of her hard work from the past (eek! alwost 30) years to end up a punchline or a shadow of her former self. It seemed that for many years she ran so far ahead the pack that even the haters had to marvel at her longevity but now it seems with the increase of monikers like Mandonna, Granny and the like, she is on the verge of a fate worse than death: artistic irrelavency.
well granny’s gotta get off her horse sometime!
zzzzzzzzzz im sorry were you saying something Corey?
Corey, you bring up many good points that I’m sure Madonna contemplates more than she’d ever admit. I think she has already become slightly artistically irrelevant, as her work took a nose-dive with “Candy Shop” and I don’t think her catalogue is as timeless as we’d think. Her Live Nation contract most likely has thresholds for CD sales in addition to touring revenue and she’ll be hard-pressed to meet those expectations. I used to be a huge fan because she was so unique, ground-breaking and insiring. I find her to be none of these things now and who can blame her? She’s been doing the same thing for so long and if it weren’t for her new contract, she’d be free to do whatever she wants. I’m sure she’s bored with her work at this point. I know I’m bored with her work. Who wants to hear “Vogue” and “Frozen” 15-20 years after they came out? But, as I’ve said before, her ego always prevails and it undoubtedly did the thinking in her Live Nation deal. She’ll be just fine, of course, but I think her legacy is already suffering as a result of the crap she’s putting out now and she is coming close to becoming a slight charicature of her formerly amazing self. (I clearly have too much time on my hands this afternoon! My reply was way too long)
it’s not just about pop music or madonna but entertainment business…how can u keep selling 4 million copies when someone could download your record for free in the internet…sometimes before the release…SS tour dvd will be available only in november but u can watch it for free on youtube.do you know what i mean.but talking about madonna specificaly i think they said about it in 2005 NYtimes said she was no longer ‘relevant’.
after that she sold more than 8 million copies with 2 albuns 2 number one hits IN USA 3 worldwide sold out tours…etc…etc….i think she is in a very comfortable position…challenged as always..
Agreed. Vegas, here she comes!
I thinks he should just end it all…preserve her leagcy while its still interesting and iconic.
THERE GONA COME SURELLY SOME OTHERS FROM THAT
She said ‘Kincsem Park’ absolutely correctly without any accent. She’s very proper.I love this,it shows she’s just satisfied with proffesionalism.:)
LOL!!!!! Gee, that was so exciting!!!!!!!!!
I love how she said Budapest
I really love her voice!…I love her.
