Warren Beatty wants to do a sequel to Dick Tracy and we’ve been trying to ascertain how he intends to do a sequel without Breathless Mahoney.

I just discovered Madonna was only paid $35,000 to play Breathless Mahoney in Dick Tracy. You would think she would be paid at least a couple million for that role.

I think she did a great job! I’m an actor and I like to critique other actors and she played the role of Breathless Mahoney really well. Sex has nothing to do with how actresses get paid! It’s all on contract before they start rehearsals.

OMG, you actually thought she did a good acting job? I loved her when I saw that movie and even I laughed at how bad – BAD – she was in it. It sounded like she had just learned to read and was practicing out loud. Awful, horrible. I liked her music from the movie, though.

After much agony I have realized what is bugging me about this cover! They used the face(eyes, eyebrows, nose and lips) from one picture and the head from another BUT when the guy did it he fucked up big time! Mine still may not be right but it’s better! I moved it up and made it slightly bigger. I think the 2 pictures he used were slightly different angles of her face so that’s why it’s not going to be perfect. I the face shot I think her head was tilted back a bit more than the head which is more straight on… Who ever did this wasn’t familiar with Her Madgesty’s face or wasn’t good at his job. Plus it’s such a Warhol rip off.
PS- Look where her temple is on her head in the one they made, on the right, it’s clearly too high up, signaling that the face is too low on the head.

I recently heard that Warren Beatty wants to do a sequel to Dick Tracy. My question is…How will they do a sequel if “The Blank” is dead? That would mean Madonna would not be cast in the film.
The only way to make a sequel of Dick Tracy and include Madonna in the cast is to make it appear that Breathless Mahoney didn’t die but was knocked unconscious, and later recovered from the shot wound.
