Madonna lands in Israel
Just after 2 am Sunday, the American performer’s private plane landed at Ben-Gurion Airport, depositing Madonna and her children on the tarmac. Within just minutes, the highly-secured entourage of four cars left for her hotel in Tel Aviv, where fans and media awaited.
In a fantastic media-avoiding display, the cars veered off in different directions in order to throw the media off the pop star’s trail. Madonna’s car and one other identical one arrived at the David Intercontinental Hotel, where the star was whisked into the hotel directly from the parking lot.
