      No, she stopped doing pilates in 2007 when she hired Tracy Anderson and started working out with her. This is the usual routine. Plus they dance – sort of like dance aerobics and in the beginning of the session they run and dance and skip on a treadmill.

    WOOOW..wow.. I’ve been following this site for few years,I read some of the comments and never wrote here even I sometime think I want to but this one is different.I have had Madonna in my life ever since she started her career and I must have seen thousand of her videos but this is the first video of her I have ever seen in which she is just herself.She has this camera personality and she can’t help but act in a second when she knows that her picture is being taken or she is being recorded,even if her friend records it in a very private event. But on this video she had no idea that she was being filmed and even the expressing in her eyes are different,normal, just her and I LOVED it.I guess when we read and hear from people who know her personally and they say she is so normal in her personal life, this is what they mean.This is one of the special Madonna moment for me, next to seeing her in a concert for the first time,being few feet in front of her in the Roseland and of course hearing her on the radio for the first time and loving in love right there.
    Thanks for putting this up, I wish I would see more of this kinda footage.

    This is the first time in my life that I see a training session like this! The way of doing these exercises work so many parts of the body simultaneously! It really looks complexly strong, funny, and entertaining!
