Wow, these concerts will help spread the influenza A H1N1. Good luck concert goers.
Madonna is amazing
Fuck Off, huh
Here’s an idea, Madonna: Trot out this tour every single summer for the next five years. You’ll get tons of repeat fans (apparently), who’ve been deluded into thinking this is one of your best tours, and get to visit new places to keep the money rolling in.
Why ever create something new when you can keep rehashing Sticky & Sweet and break every tour record with it? Why stop at two seasons? Keep it going! Think of the money! Think of the FANS!
I do love the rumor that you are considering re-staging Blond Ambition as a standing Vegas show. Brilliant.
Let me tell you something. Seeing Madonna and hearing her live is a privilege at any time and any place. Madonna always has something new to say. She is an aware individual. Obviously, you are not. You seem to take “show” too seriously. To Madonna a show is nothing more than a communication instrument. Her shows have always been far ahead of any live show by any other artist, qua style, substance, qua voice, energy and connection with fans, qua sound, qua visuals and choreography.
There is no other artist who can come close to her league. If you like to go Vegas, please do so. However, even though Madonna has played Vegas, she is more Broadway as well as Club NY than Vegas. Worldwide people go to see their favorite artists performing the same small list of songs, in the same clothes, the same moves every year.
I know of no Madonna show that was exactly similar than the one before. I have seen some taped live performances of Byounce, Britney, Whitney, Mariah,,,,,,,,. They don’t even come close to Madonna. Those artist may sound okay in studio. But when performing Live they are usually at a loss. They can scream and tear their vocals out, but their vocals as well as their music are not destined for live performances nor for the clubs. Sure, in some segments of her shows there are playback backgrounds vocals. But in spite of that, where live singing is the focus point, Madonna does sing live and she does an exquisite job of it too.
Qua fashion, style and fitness, can you imagine Mariah or Whitney at 50 looking that great in a skimpy Givenchy outfit looking fabulous as Madonna? Not in 1000 years, I would say. You may not like Madonna or have something against her. But the truth of the Matter is that Madonna outshines all her completions hands down. Keep the cheap radio for Mariah, but the concert stage and the clubs belong to Madonna.
Who is Carlitos?
His true name is The Hater. His negative comments about everything Madonna are posted under different labels. He or she is probably paid to do so, or is someone who feels threatened by Madonna.
oh my god that carlitos is so dangerous, we need to protect to our super madonna,
Russia numbers are very questionable, since fans and press alike cited a 50,000 attendance at St. Petersburg’s Palace Square.
The reason why Live Nation set the reported number so low is unknown.
Russian actual numbers were 50-55,000
Wow… It’s impressive and wonderful! Congratulations Madonna and her team!
I would like work for Madonna, and like this near to her, to perceive and learning how Madonna makes the money’s energy to dance to her favor!
Madonna, you’re my hero, champion and my LOVE!!!!!!!!!!
kiss ass.
Lol!
Wow, impressive – especially after Oslo, you can just assume how much more she already made with her concerts in Helsinki, Gothenburg and Copenhagen. This way, she will sure score the 2nd best selling tour of all time, just behind the Rolling Stones but beating U2. Unfortunately, when U2 is completing their current world tour, she’ll be number 3 again – U2 sure also know how to make money. But guess what, they have to split the amount by member of the band, whereas our idol is just having a good time of herself then – Long live the Queen!!
Well, she will be the best selling tour for a solo artist!!! Like you said, groups have to split the money, while Madonna, well, she just says: “It’s all mine, mine, mine!” LOL!!
Quite much,muss I say
