It takes 2 to tango lest we forget. Blind worship makes it very easy to blame others when things go wrong for your idol. Just look at her track-record in relationships, married or not. Imagine being married to someone who’s lust for crowd adulation overrules everything else. The rumour at the time is that her new contract with LIVE NATION was going to be incredibly demanding and time-consuming and that was, as they say, the straw that broke the camel’s back.
Was she an angel during that marriage? We’ll never know the full story of what went on behind the closed doors of their various homes and it’s just too easy to assume he was after her money.
I’ve always been a fan but to get to where she is, one must be a total control freak, in other words single-minded and that kind of personality doesn’t sit well in a marriage. Madonna’s the type of person who just can’t be married. That’s not a criticism by the way, it’s a fact.
