   woah!

   it’s nice to see that she actually stayed and finished both
   her slice of pizza and martini, and gave the rest of the pizza
   to the folks who were cheering her on

   i know some celebrities who would have simply gotten up,
   left the restaurant without so much as a thank you or simple
   acknowledgment of the staff, etc…

   i am sure Madonna is no angel in private, but at here she showed
   that she just wanted to have a slice and a sip, and be somewhat average

   i’m glad David Letterman insisted on taking her out for pizza

     Be average? Ha! Saying that she has never had a pizza slice from a New York pizzeria states that she thinks herself as anything but average. That statement came across as snobbish!

     How is it possible that she has been living in NYC since the late 70’s and has never had a pizzeria slice?! As if all those young artists she hung around w/in the East Village didn’t say ‘hey lets grab a slice’..Its quick cheap eat!

     “I don’t like cheese”..such an elitist thing to say.

     Yeah, and shes a real Mother Teresa passing out left over pizza to the crowd!

       I never new the pizza slice would be the controvercial part of the interview, it is true Madonna can make controvercy out of anything. Yes I love her!

       It wasn’t left over pizza per se. She got up from eating, gave the fans the pizza, and went back inside and ate her own pizza slice. That was a nice thing to do, she definitely didn’t have to. She could’ve easily just gotten up and left as soon as David left and left everything there for the workers to take care of. Instead, she was chatting with them while she ate and drank.

       She doesn’t eat dairy anymore, so yes, that includes cheese, though they did end up putting some Parmesan cheese on it. Why is that a big deal?

       Surely she’s had pizza before, maybe not in a pizzeria in NYC itself, though I doubt it, but I think that part of taking her out was all part of David’s plan for the show.

       Seems like you’re nit-picking just to find reasons to dislike her. Then why are you on her fansite?

       Its not nit picking…everyone at work yesterday who saw the show was like “how is it possible that shes been in NYC for decades and never had a pizza slice? Thats just being a rich bitch”. And I live in NYC so its impossible to think that some has never had a nyc pizza slice.

       And yah, it was just a pizza slice..So stop over reading into her actions as if she was Mother Teresa in the crowds and helping the lepers!

       maybe cheese gives Madonna diarrhea?…..by the way she didnt finish the pizza or martini OR give it to the fans…shes a elitist snob…shes all business and all about MONEY MONEY MONEY…tretas her fans like they are lower life forms.
