Madonna used to hang out with the likes of such creative minds as Basquiat, Keith Haring, and Herb Ritts…now its C-list photographers like Steven Klein…my how we’ve fallen. :( She was right in that one interview, NYC is not what it used to be in terms of creative energy.

It’s not true what you’re saying and you cannot compare people to others…if you don’t give any option or any chance to new creative minds how will be evolution ? if you always use the same energy it will stop one day and you will fall down. So renew it with one another maybe it won’t be so good as you used to have, maybe it will be better.
Keep on mind times have changed and evolved Klein is a new creative photographer you believe it or not but don’t push him in a C-list case.
