I missed the S&S live tour but watched it when it was broadcasted. I can’t wait to buy this set. And play it on and on on CD and DVD player. It is A fantastic live recording to own.

As usual some people want one or two things added or one or two things excluded, such as Hung Up rock version on CD. But if you think about it you’ll see that the set is strategically perfect. I mean the Rock version of Hung Up works better when accompanied with the visuals and within its live context. That is because the original campy and stomping disco version can never be overtaken by any other version.
I am glad more people are discover and appreciate the essence of Hard Candy. Besides its playful urban funky feel, very hot you can’t pinch an inch of fat on that hard body on the cover and its slickly organized tracks, the album is very philosophical. Let’s hail her madjesty for managing to once again combine sex, dancing, thinking and questioning the dogmas all in one place.

Madge’s “live” CD’s have, for me at least, always been less than spectacular and disappointing, but the CD is just gravy for me anyway cause her concert DVD’s are what I want more. Her live DVDs are in a class all their own. Can’t wait! I’ve dug her raw sugar! The more I’ve listened to “Hard Candy” the more I’ve grown to appreciate it. Only wish “Celebration” and “Revolver” had been on HC. And so here with this release the “Sticky and Sweet” era comes to a succesful and long end. Time for a yet another Reinvention. Bring it on Madonna!
Your right about Hard Candy, Shes not Me & Incredible are just a couple of the really stand out songs on Hard Candy, & some of the best songs shes ever written, your also right that Celebration & Revolver would of added a nice touch to Hard Candy.

Matias: cuando dice “Meadley” es la parte de los intermedios, con musica, video, a veces coreografia de los bailarines, en que Madonna deja el escenario y se va a cambiar. El de Candy Shop es el comienzo, el video tipo “Charlie y la fabrica de chocolate”, el que parecia un pin ball.
