MDNA Tour DVD to be filmed in Miami

Miami audiences for her shows sold out or not have always been extremely bad. I do not understand how disconnected the fans are from the show. Besides starting the show @ 11:35pm made lots of fans extremely upset & many walked out before the show even started therefore lots of seats were empty when the show finally began. No a single reason, excuse, explanation & worse an apologize for the delay was made. I also believe this was in my opinion one of my less favorite tour beginning with her choices of songs to perform, Vogue, Like a Prayer, Human Nature, Hard Candy, Hung up, Like a Virgin, have been recently performed on her last 2-3 shows though glad La Isla Bonita, Music were not included. With her huge song catalog including classics, huge hits that have only been included once or never (I’ll Remember, Take A Bow, Who’s that Girl, Where’s the Party? Bad Girl, Rescue Me, SuperNatural, Cherish, Physical Attraction, Spotlight, This Used To Be My Playground etc. Her idea of reworking musical arrangement for a classic like Open Your Heart was a complete disaster, the stage & show concept is quite the same as Drowned World, Re-Invention, The Confessions & Sticky & Sweet, 4-5 themes , videos interludes listed as songs performed (really?) costume designs, seen before (Vogue, Like a Prayer, Celebration anyone? Colombia would had been the perfect location for the DVD as most of the audience are fans seeing her for the first time. The energy, enthusiasm, love for her would had been captured at its best.

I THINK THEY WILL FILM THE SHOW AGAIN IN SOUTH AMERICA BECAUSE THE SHOWS IN MIAMI WERE HORRIBLE: THERE WERE LOTS OF EMPTY SEATS AND THE PEOPLE DIDN’T DANCE AND THEY DIDN’T SING. I CAN’T BELIEVE THAT THERE WERE SO MANY SEATS EMPTY.

Wasn’t the show in Paris filmed too? I remember I saw pictures of the venue and it was stated that the show was going to be filmed.

Do we know the set list she performed? I hope she did the whole show plus holiday, love spent, give it 2 celebration and why not beautiful killer too!!!

I hope someone good is directing the DVD. S&S had bad directing in my opinion. Confessions and the reinvention documentary performances were directed on spot and captured unique views vs. what someone at the show may not have observed, but her tour DVDs seem to be in good quality regardless.

  WE DON’T KNOW IF IT’S GOING TO BE RELEASED OR NOT. “THE REINVENTION TOUR” WAS FILMED TO BE RELEASED ON DVD BUT IT NEVER SAW THE LIGHT.

I think she chose arena to be more intimate. Happy she is filming in the U.S. tho

I heard that the show was going to be filmed in Colombia. It seems that she has changed her mind. To be honest I don’t care if this tour is not released on Blu Ray & DVD because I think it’s her worst tour.
I love all her previous tours (they are all masterpieces). Instead of releasing the MDNA tour on Blu Ray & DVD they could release “The Reinvention Tour” and “The Blond Ambition Tour” on Blu Ray & DVD and it would be a great idea to release “The Confessions Tour” and “The Drowned World Tour” on Blu Ray for the very first time!!!!!!!

    Blond ambition was licensed to pioneer as an exclusive release on Laserdisc (a dead format) it was for 20 years which was just up so don’t be surprised if we see it soon. The reinvention tour is another story. It was filmed but the quality was not up to expectations. There is full versions of it on YouTube. You can see as it starts is great but degrades through out the show. I personally would love a box set on bluray of all the shows. I would not think twice.

  I have here hearing many “fans” as you are complaining about how sucks (Hard Candy) was how the Tour of (S&S) too dance than sing, too digital than performance live show and bla bla bla
  
  it’s fine to me to read and see different opinions BUT it really become a pain in my ass when every period of an album i see complains than enjoy and love BUT critical and they want what they want BUT you know what:

  learned to stop seeking people approval and not
  waste my time with explanations; because people only hear what they want to
  hear.
  
  In the positive side, I have learned to

  SO just be more positive and be appreciative.. stop comparing between Madonna on Madonna or put compare Madonna on the recent production from others are in this time & place competitave to her work or to her image

    this was only because the tour got a huge extention with the second leg and she couldn’t go around the world touring smt she had just released on bluray. I bet she is going to have a late 2012 early 2013 release
