   Madonna does what she does for her own personal reasons

   however, i prefer her this way, minus the cheek implants / fillers

   even though the signs of of her age are apparent to me in these
   old pics, i still think she looked a bit more natural than she does
   now with the work she’s gotten done since these pics were taken

   what i can’t understand, is why did she only get cheek implants,
   rather than getting the usual overall facelift that most folks get..?

   but, it is / was her choice

     Exactly Shardy!! why didnt she do only a fine facelift.. or perhabs she has one but even then she looks really scary like one of those L.A. type frustrated ladies who tries to keep them for every price young and beautiful.. as i mention below before, demi moore did too many many plastic surg. she confessed it recently herself and look at her how classy and fresh she looks above all how normal features she has, or? definetly did madonna something wrong either this could be the doctors or she chose the wrong quantity of the cheek implants.. she was getting sooo nicely old in other words getting more and more interesting.. now?!? like a baloon-fish that gets huge in the face when he feels under danger…

     in those pictures madonna all redy had work dune on her face (she did it in 2003 and it last it antil the and of confessions….)
     over all i like the results of the new plastic surgery , the check implants…( if you look at pictores of her on her 20`s her face look exactaly the same)the prablem
     is that she is using too much fillers….
     but you have to do what you have to do to stay on the top….

   I think she looks better now, and I love the new cut her cheeks give her, Just look at any of her press events from the last 2 years and she has so many gorgeous looks, I think these photos she was starting to look older yet she wasnt feeling older

   hmmm the troops seem to be coming around to my point of view on Madonnas over worked new face. These pictures show that she need to have some small fine tuning but she went wayyyyyy overboard. Id like to see a side by side comparison.

   Damn, with all the changes she’s done to her face in the last few years, it’s easy to forget how stunningly beautiful Madonna used to be. Now, those gorgeous, flawless features are blurred and plumped with fillers. I know she has to do her best to look young but she literally looks like a different person now. So sad…

   Even back in 2003 you can see all the fine lines and wrinkles on her face – she looks really great now!!!!

    exactly, she fucked up her charasteric strong features with all that cheek implants or whatever she did.. now she looks strange she has a huuuge face like a baloon.. she chose definetly the wrong doctors.. look at other stars such as demi moore she did zillion times plastic surg. however she looks so classy and fresh..
    everybody says the same about madonnas face, lets be honest guys… loving her is something, taling about the truth is something-else.

      Duh! Its called plastic surgery!
      Botox, chill fillers…

      Its not about looking young. Its about looking good. And she does not look good now, b/c she ruined her natural features :(

    Beautiful.
    She looked so much better back then, w/o the cheek fillers and whatever else shes had done.
    Look how amazing and wide and gorgeous those eyes look.
    Can’t even see them present day because her cheeks are so pushed up into them :(
