    I really dislike the Madonna-Ballah-blah blah blah stuff surrounding her.

    I liked her better as a “fallen” Catholic…..and I notice she wears crosses a lot…..maybe she is confused?

    I find the Berg’s brand of Kablablah a cult-like organization that is focused on making money through all these books and other publications you are encouraged to buy.

    I look on the Berg’s Kaballah as a cult-like atmosphere with huge stars like Madonna sucked in like a vacuum cleaner, hook line and sinker.

    I don’t begrudge anyone to worship as they want, but it seems she has surrounded herself with only those that are Kaballists…..a terrible way to limit yourself when she has “preached” to her own choir (ie her fans) to be free and open and to express yourself.

    I find it a contradiction because of her behavior. I mean she is a divorced woman who is dating a 23 year old kid—do you think Kaballists agree with that type of behavior from one of its followers? If she was just another member there, without all her fame and fortune, would they still accept her?

    Makes me wonder about the Berg’s and their real intentions.

      I agree. I just went to a Kaballah meeting at Madonna’s centre in Mayfair, and it was complete nonsense. I do not understand how she can attend it every week. I was already bored after 15 minutes!

      MKC, you are ignorant about Kabballah. One doesn’t “worship” it since it is not a religion…one studies it as existential concepts with the goal of personal/spiritual transformation through hard work and determination. There is nothing cultish about it and, in fact, it is also rooted in science (big bang, elements of the universe, time, etc.). Yes, it is a form of mysticism but aren’t all forms of spiritual exploration based on unseen, mystical beliefs? The only reason any Kabbalist would have a problem with Madonna dating a man of 23 is if they were a judgmental, uptight prude who is unhappy with him/herself. We are all entitled to our opinions but try learning about the subject before you start criticizing.
